The Landscape Alliance (TLA), as the lead consultant or subconsultant is regularly responsible for managing the services required of site planning and development. TLA staff and its consultants will provide the expertise required to direct and complete the research and planning tasks required for project development.

The key personnel bring considerable experience to the planning and development process and have experience in a broad variety of landscape architectural projects.

Gary P. Kutilek, R.L.A. No. 625, is the owner and lead Landscape Architect serving as project manager throughout the project. As such, Mr. Kutilek will have responsibility for total project delivery provided by TLA and its consultants. As a Landscape Architect and Planner, Mr. Kutilek will utilize available information to ensure appropriate planning methods are utilized to address user needs, cost, maintenance, operational constraints and environmental issues. Mr. Kutilek  has extensive experience in site planning, park planning, irrigation and construction.

LaCretia Lewis, L.I. No. 9064, is the lead Licensed Irrigator and responsible for the design, drafting and production of plan documents. Ms. Lewis is proficient in all AutoCad programs. In addition, Ms. Lewis also serves as the Network Administrator designing and maintaining TLA's web page, e-mail and network infrastructure.

Based on project needs, The Landscape Alliance regularly uses the services of consultants specifically chosen for their individual expertise in meeting project goals.
