The Landscape Alliance (TLA) is a small design firm located in Hurst, Texas. Founded in 1992, TLA has provided a  variety of professional services for clients in both the public and private sectors. This has resulted in frequent repeat business based on personal attention and a high quality product.

As principal and owner, Gary P. Kutilek has over 24 years of experience in the design and construction industries. During this time, he has solved many unique project requirements for clients throughout the state of Texas.

The firm utilizes an in-house computer aided and drafting system (CADD) to assist in on-time completion projects.
